Jasmine Drabble-Bedwell

Hi, I’m Jasmine, a passionate general psychologist based in Victoria, Australia. With a focus on creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space, I work with individuals across the lifespan using evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and humanistic principles.

I have experience supporting clients navigating a range of challenges, including Autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and personality disorders.

My approach is neuro-affirming, client-centred, and rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I feel lucky to be part of my clients' journeys and take pride in walking alongside them as they discover their strengths, values, and a path forward that feels right for them.

I’m committed to creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative, where you can feel free to show up exactly as you are, without judgment. In sessions, you’ll find me warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth. Whether we’re unpacking challenges or celebrating small wins, I’m here to help you feel seen, heard, and supported.

Outside of work, I’m an animal lover through and through! I share my home with a couple of cheeky cocker spaniels and golden retrievers who bring endless joy, chaos and laughs.

Director | BAPsych | BPsych(Hons)

Hello there!

My name’s Tanika. I’m a registered psychologist dedicated to creating a warm, non-judgmental, and empowering space for people to explore what matters most to them. I believe in empowering my clients and working from a place of kindness, curiosity, and respect.

My approach is flexible, neuroaffirming, and always person-centred. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and humanistic approaches. This means I tailor each session to suit your needs, values, and goals, because no two people are the same!

I work with adult clients and support a range of experiences, including anxiety, trauma, low mood, life transitions, women’s health, parenting and neurodivergence. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their strengths, values, and sense of self.

In the therapy room, I’m warm, present, and down-to-earth. Whether you’re navigating something tough or seeking space to grow, I aim to make you feel truly heard, respected, and safe to be your full self.

Outside of the therapist chair, I’m a big believer in the little things that bring joy. I love knitting (especially with a good cup of tea nearby), tending to my indoor plant collection, pottering in the garden, and spending time with my two sausage dogs, who are full of personality and always keep me on my toes. I’m also passionate about community, creativity, and the gentle moments that make life meaningful.

If you think we might be a good fit, I’d love to meet you!
